Problems with your digital key?
Choose below the type of digital key you wish to use to identify yourself
Digital key(s) with eID or digital identity
Digital key(s) with security code and username + password
Digital key(s) with username + password
- This method is intended only for users without Belgian identification facilities or when eIDAS is not available for their country and/or when the company they represent is not registered with the ECB.
- If you have another digital key and still try to use this type of key validated via ForReg, you will be denied access and will get a generic error message.

Once you have logged in, you automatically have access via CSAM to other online government services secured with the same digital key. This applies as long as your browser window is active.
