- In order to allow a mandatee to execute mandates:

- Select "FPSFin Mandaatuitvoerder"
- In order to give access to the FATCA submission in MyMinfin
- Select "FATCA"
- In order to give access to Jmonnet submission in MyMinfin
- Select "FPSFin Savings Directive (Jmonnet)"
- n order to give access to the “MyRent” application:
- Select "User MyRent"
- In order to give access to the “Cadex” application:
- Select "FIN Land Registration"
- n order to give access to the “UBO” application:
- Select "SPF FIN UBO Entité assujettie"
- Select "SPF Fin UBO Redevable d'information"
- Click on “Next step”
- Mention an ending date, only if it is necessary
- Click on “Next step”
Only for the Role of “FPSFin Mandaatuitvoerder”
- Mention if the person is allowed to cope with sensitive mandates in the “Self Service Mandate” application
- Select the type(s) of mandates to execute
- Click on “Next step”
- Mention your name, surname and email address or the email address of the person to whom you would like to assign these roles
- Click on “Add”
- Click on “Next step”
- You can add a message that will be sent in the invitation email to the roles recipients
- Click on “Next step”
- Roll down the page
- Click on “Completing the invitation”
- The invitation has been sent
- You can copy the link and send it to other people if necessary
